Reverend Dr. Fred Mueller
Pastor Reverend Reverend Doctor Fred D. Mueller became the Senior Pastor of the Hillsborough Reformed Church at Millstone in August 2003 and retired in October 2022. Raised in Churchville, Pennsylvania, Fred is a graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan and received his Master of Divinity Degree from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Jersey. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in preaching from the Association of Theological Schools in Chicago. Fred has three grown children in Maine and Massachusetts and he has two lively grandsons. Among Fred’s passions in ministry are Biblical scholarship, faithful biblical preaching, and helping members grow in faith and service.

Kelly Kotch, Minister to Youth, Associate Minister
Kelly Kotch joined the Hillsborough Reformed Church at Millstone as a Student Minister in the Fall of 2016 and became the Minister to Youth in 2018. Raised in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Kelly is currently attending New Brunswick Theological Seminary, where she is completing her Master of Divinity degree. She plans on continuing her education to earn her Doctorate in Pastoral Care and Counseling. Among others, Kelly has a passion for encouraging children of all ages to live and love like Jesus and for serving others in Jesus' name!  

Dr. Akiko Hosaki, Music Director
Akiko Hosaki started serving at Hillsborough Reformed Church at Millstone as Organist/Senior Choir Conductor in 2006, after working in music ministry roles at several other churches. She provides music that connects us deeply to God and expresses our love to God. In addition to her church work, Akiko is a collaborative pianist and vocal coach frequently appearing with singers, instrumentalists, and conductors in the New York - New Jersey area. She is an adjunct assistant professor at Westminster Choir College of Rider University, and currently serves as pianist coordinator and head of vocal staff pianists. She holds the degrees from Musashino Ongaku Daigaku in Tokyo, Japan, Westminster Choir College, and University of Minnesota.
